Bilal Hotel Dehiwala the worst food with worst customer respect

The bilal hotel which is located in dehiwala hospital road is the best hotel to get cockroach dishes like cockroach kottu , cockroach fried rice and etc…

The hotel grew up within a short period by providing vey low quality food with very very low quality customer respect.

Dehiwala is one of the best places to find very authentic food stalls and the bilal hotel is a massive disrespect for the hotels in dehiwala.

Whenever a customer makes a query all staff come up with one answer “Kapan natthan palyan” this is one hotel that has been lucky having business even the disrespect their crowd and that I should say very very lucky.

The best way of sales is for the hotel is the crowed that gathers from the main dehiwala mosque all day long what bilal staff and owners do is put negative thought on there religions so that crowed will always return to the bilal hotel since other hotels around belongs to Buddhist or Tamils.

They never respect the customers at all and in my personal experience I know that if there is a cockroach on your dish and if you informed them thy will say okay will get you another no sorry, not even a second thought on how things happen.

It is obvious there are more than several cases against this dirty hotel in local police.
